Responsibilities:
1. Be a line manager and mentor to a corporate services team.
2. Act as a role model and coach team members in their development, both individually and as a team unit.
3. Promote effective delegation and encourage knowledge sharing, both within the team and across teams.
4. Demonstrate good motivation, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Establish and maintain good relationships with all team members.
6. Provide technical support to the Corporate Services team administrators and the wider business as needed.
7. Become an expert in the products and services offered.
8. Take responsibility for an assigned portfolio of clients/cases, handling complex cases or issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
This role would suit an established Manager (people and technical) and business developer, with experience working within a regulated financial service environment. Ideally, candidates should be CGI (formerly ICSA) or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
