Are you an experienced Multi-Site Manager with a passion for delivering quality care in the care home sector?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding regional care home provider, who are looking to appoint to a new senior role, that will sit alongside the groups Operations Manager.
The Quality Assurance Manager will operate across 3-5 homes across West and East Sussex.
Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent
* Nurse qualification with valid NMC Pin
* Multi-site experience in the care home sector
* Proven experience in quality management within a healthcare or social care setting
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework in line with regulatory standards
* Prepare and manage inspections and ensure follow-up on action plans
Remuneration
* £70,000 - £80,000pa plus bonus and all expenses
