We are searching for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Head of Leadership & Executive Development.
The Role
As the Head of Leadership & Executive Development, you will be the visionary behind our leadership and executive development strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our leadership pipeline, ensuring we have the talent to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a bold vision for leadership and executive development, perfectly aligned with KPMG's business strategy and talent priorities.
* Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Talent Management, and Business Leaders. Understand their leadership needs, communicate our offerings effectively, and showcase our progress and outcomes.
* Program of Work: Design, develop, and implement innovative and engaging leadership and executive development programs across all levels of the organization. Our core offering must provide learning in the flow of work, delivering highly relevant learning at the point of need.
* Innovation & Best Practices: Leverage your expert knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in leadership and executive development to continuously innovate and enhance our offerings.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Leadership & Executive Development team, ensuring they have clarity on the vision and strategy and are empowered to deliver on the plan. Own the operational management of the service including business planning, finance & budgets, and management reporting.
* Measure Impact and Deliver Continuous Improvement: Track program effectiveness through KPIs and business impact metrics. Use data analytics to refine and continuously improve our initiatives. Regularly report on program outcomes and ROI to senior leadership.
Preferred Experience
* Proven track record of strategic leadership in a Leadership & Executive Development service.
* Proven track record of owning a program of work; designing, developing, and delivering successful leadership and executive development programs.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for developing leaders and fostering a culture of excellence.
