1. Assisting with the preparation and production of monthly management accounts
2. Supporting the management of the sales, purchase, and nominal ledger function
3. Overseeing sales ledger function, recording payments received, and monitoring debtors
4. Ensuring that supplier invoices are paid promptly and within terms of business
5. Preparing profit and loss reports and completing monthly balance sheet reconciliation
6. Producing monthly management accounts and variance to budget analysis reports
