Anderson Knight is recruiting a Legal PA’s for our clients based in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Salary up to £45,000.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide proactive support to the Practice Area Lead, including meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and document management.
•Manage inboxes efficiently, ensuring emails are handled appropriately.
•Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials, agendas, and detailed minutes.
•Create accurate reports and PowerPoint presentations, including data analysis and insights.
•Track deadlines and upcoming commitments, taking proactive action when needed.
•Handle internal and external inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
•Maintain effective communication and workflows between teams and external contacts.
•Oversee office systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
•Organise and process expenses accurately.
•Manage confidential filing and document organisation.
•Arrange travel and logistics in line with company policy.
•Support the wider team with administrative tasks and provide cover for leadership PAs when needed.
•Uphold information security policies and ensure data confidentiality.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar role in a fast-paced professional services environment.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Proactive, highly motivated, and able to use initiative.
•Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
•Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
•Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
•Skilled in complex diary management.
•Committed to professional growth and skill enhancement.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information.
•Experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential.
