Amazon and Retail Account Manager

The Role
As the National Account Manager, you will focus on managing Amazon relations and those of other Retail Partners.
You will be a natural relationship builder, able to understand the issues your key accounts are facing and help support them with solutions to unlock opportunities for growth.
Day to day duties include:
* Manage all aspects of the Amazon account, including product setup, listing optimisation, and resolving operational issues.
* Monitor and analyse Amazon performance metrics, such as IDQ reports, consumer reviews, and page rankings.
* Act as a category leader, using market data to shape account strategies and optimise product ranges.
* Collaborate with internal teams on digital content, promotions, and sales strategies for Amazon.
* Manage additional retail accounts, ensuring strong forecasting, JBPs, and P&L management.
* Develop and execute sales forecasts and growth initiatives to maximize sell-in and sell-out.
* Monitor stock and sales performance, providing recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
* Plan and implement promotional campaigns, tracking effectiveness and ROI.
* Deliver clear, insightful reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
Required Experience & Skills:
To be successful in your application, you will have at least 2 years working directly with Amazon to sell goods and have experience managing other retail accounts (ideally one of the big 4 supermarkets).
* Proven retail account management experience and Amazon account management.
* Minimum of 3 years in account management, including at least 2 years managing Amazon accounts with success in Amazon Vendor Central, AMS marketing, sales growth, and operational improvements.
* Experience in building Joint Business Plans.
* Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel.
* Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
* Team player with strong internal and external relationship management abilities.
* Experience managing multiple channels alongside Amazon.
The Amazon National Account Manager role offers a salary between £46,000 - £50,000 + OTE. This role will provide someone the opportunity to work closely with Amazon and leading supermarkets, with mentoring to help the right person thrive and progress.
