Employment Solicitor needed in Oldham Paying £25.46 per hr Ref 0009 51C4 /1
1. Legal Advice: Provide legal advice on employment law to internal clients and stakeholders.
2. Employment Claims: Take instructions and respond to employment claims.
3. Legal Drafting: Draft legal responses and settlement agreements.
4. Case Management: Conduct case management and preliminary hearings.
5. Tribunal Proceedings: Instruct and liaise with counsel for tribunal proceedings.
6. Disciplinary Hearings: Advise panel members and draft outcome decisions.
7. SEND Process: Manage and advise on legal challenges related to the SEND process.
8. Team Advice: Provide daily advice on recruitment, appraisals, development, and conflict resolution.
9. Case Load Management: Manage a caseload of cases.
10. Team Motivation: Motivate and engage the team for effective performance.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
