This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Lincoln, Bingham, East Bridgford, and the surrounding areas.
Experience within an administration role is essential, ideally within a fast-paced business-to-business organisation. Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills? We are currently looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our client for an exciting opportunity. The role will provide valuable experience and support to the office function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper)
2. Assist with scheduling and calendar management
3. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
4. Provide general administrative support to teams across departments
5. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
6. Assist with data entry and database management
7. Support with office supplies and inventory management
8. Help coordinate meetings and events as required
9. Perform other administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
8. Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility

Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Working Hours: 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM Monday - Friday
