Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Compliance Team at The Dudley Group. The role will be working with the Compliance Manager andwider organisation to roll out and embed an effective framework that provides assurance relating to quality and safety standards across the Trustand ensures a state of readiness for unannounced CQC inspections. They will work with the Compliance manager andwiderTrust leads to deliver a programme of internal quality reviews and focus reviews to inform quality improvement activity.The post holder will play an important role in supporting in the development of improvement action plans and monitoring their completion andeffectiveness.The role involves supporting the timely submission of evidence in response to CQC enquiries, chasing responses to enable a response within settime scales.The post holder will support Divisional meetings, providing high quality reports which clearly identify their progress against compliance/ regulatoryaction plans and gaps in assurance.The post holder will need to have good communication skills and will be required to write and present comprehensive reports on compliancereviews for Divisional Governance Meetings.
