Job description
Working as part of the Supply Chain team and working closely with Supply Chain Manager, these would be some of your main responsibilities
1. Processing of sales orders into the UK retailers and for International markets, to ensure stock gets to the right place on time.
2. Daily communication with retailers to ensure that all information on shortages, delays and order queries are resolved as a priority.
3. Communicating with 3PL (Third Party Logistics Company) on a daily basis to ensure stock is collected and delivered as expected, dealing with any problems that arise in a timely and effective manners.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships outside the business with key stakeholder management internally.
5. Raising all required documentation for both UK & International Markets, liaising with local authority office and validity shipping information.
6. Raising purchase order’s and managing lead-times with suppliers for bespoke International markets.
7. Produce regular simple reporting (typically on PowerPoint) to help explain operational performance.
8. A flexible approach to support all areas of the business and participate in ad hoc projects for example Business Continuity Planning and general support for the office
