Job Title: Oracle Fusion EPM/ERP Technical Service Owner

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM/ERP Technical Service Owner to lead the transition of their Oracle Fusion EPM and ERP platforms from development to production. This role is crucial in managing the knowledge transfer and building a robust team to support ongoing operations and oversee the change portfolio for Finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of Finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Transition Management: Lead the smooth transition of Oracle Fusion EPM and ERP modules from development to production, including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team to support Oracle Fusion EPM and ERP, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the Oracle Fusion platforms, implementing best practices for administration, monitoring, and incident management.
* Service and Change Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain SLAs for Finance services, and manage change implementation during the stabilisation period.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, building strong relationships with Finance leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and processes, and provide regular updates to management on performance and team activities.
Experience and Qualifications
* 12+ years of experience managing Oracle Fusion EPM and ERP platforms or similar systems.
* Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion functionalities and configurations, with a background in Finance technology implementations.
* Proven experience in team building, leadership, and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in data analysis, system integration, and reporting tools.
