About The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the lighting requirements for our clients’ projects, working closely with the Sales and Design teams, delivering single site projects, as well as multi-site rollouts across multiple sectors, in the UK & EMEA, taking an approved concept from quotation to delivery, and everything in between.
You will be a liaison between the clients and our internal team by providing overall support of project administration activities including, but not limited to:
* Supervise the Projects Team to ensure that processes are followed, deadlines met and clients served effectively
* Take on any escalations of customer complaints and the allocation of projects to more junior team members
* Managing LPA’s larger projects and clientele from Sales & Design handover
* Support the Sales team in relation to client interactions, quotations, stock information etc
* Manage the process flow of opportunities through the design, quotation and delivery phases ensuring all documents are submitted on time
* Manage stock levels and product procurement to ensure project orders are met on time
* Handle all freight forwarding and customs documentation requirements for goods, both inbound and outbound in a cost-effective manner
* Ensure all client records are fully up-to-date and maintained in Netsuite at all times
* Attend client meetings as required, mostly on line but occasionally on site
About You
Significant amount of experience coordinating projects with demonstrated experience leading a team.
You have great time management skills, good level of initiative, strong attention to detail as well as communication, both written and verbal.
To be successful, you will need manufacturing industry experience with experience in the movement of goods both within UK & internationally.
Knowledge of Lighting Technology, experience working with NetSuite (ERP), understanding of commercial/customs/banking documentation/procedures and/or a 2nd language is not essential but well regarded.
