Position Summary Senior Analyst – BigFix Linux Admin- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited- Hyderabad Responsibilities As BigFix Administrator, you are responsible for installation, implementation, customization, and performance tuning of BigFix components. Minimum 2 Years relevant experience required in BigFix L3 Support and implementation. Experience in developing Bash scripts. Expertise in resolving BESRelay & BESClient issues. Image builds and updates based on master image. Managing Linux device end to end .Actively interface with application teams, network engineers, L1 teams, project management and database administrators on projects and providing on call support will be required. Identify root cause, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Linux system administration experience, working with Ubuntu 20.04 or later -Certified in one or more flavor of Linux OS is preferrable-Strong Linux administration skills-Shell scripting experience. Serve as subject matter expert for managing BigFix, Application Packaging and in general for Endpoint Management. Core BigFix Suite skills including experience with BigFix administration, OS Security Patching, fixlet/baseline/analysis/task creation execution, Installation and Configuration of Agents/Relays .Hands on experience on BigFix relay management & client reporting methodology. Provide support and the remote management of BigFix environment and Endpoint Management .Troubleshooting BigFix tool and Endpoint related issues. Qualifications B.E/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or equivalent is required. Ability to both, work independently and with a team. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in parallel. Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple team members towards development objectives. Demonstrate competencies based upon prior projects, sharing methodology and frameworks used. Strong problem-solving skills with limited oversight. Experience : 3 to 6 years Location : Hyderabad Skills Understanding of the workstation imaging and how it is implemented in Ubuntu domain environments. Policy management knowledge. Understanding of network connectivity and firewalls. SSL, SSH, Active Directory & LDAP. Bash Scripting. Hands on experience on ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a must.
