Customer Revenue Specialist
£24,000 plus benefits

MC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading Energy business, currently seeking to expand their existing team of Customer Revenue Specialists at offices based in Carlisle. This includes working closely with the Customer Services and Contract Management teams to support customer income recovery. This is a rapidly growing business with career development opportunities, based in the Carlisle, Cumbria area.
As a Customer Revenue Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Communication with customers regarding their accounts
Making calls to obtain payments
Managing the issue of email and paper debt warnings as needed
Reviewing customer accounts which require paper communications, including debt warnings
Reviewing customer information to ensure all contact details are correct to maximise communication efforts
Account reconciliations to ensure correct residents are billed
Analysing billing and debt data
Other duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
Experience of managing multiple tasks at a time
Customer service communication skills
Those with experience of managing their own projects are desirable
IT proficient – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Problem solving
Attention to detail
Analytical skills and a willingness to take ownership and accountability for projects to see through to completion
The package on offer includes:
Competitive basic salary up to £24,000 (DOE)
