An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Health and Social Care Department for a Placement Coordinator based at our Blossomfield Campus. As primary contact for our employer partners it is essential that you are professional in your approach and represent the College to the best of your ability. You should be self-motivated and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for co-ordination of the work placements for health and social care students and will establish and maintain links with employers. You will ensure that minimum placement hours are planned to meet the requirements for each programme of study and ensure that health and safety requirements are met. You will also allocate Placement Officers with the appropriate number of students and provide them with the necessary support and development.
Proven industry experience in the sector is essential.
