The role will need your exceptional attention to detail and your well-developed HR administrative skills to assist across a number of different areas of work in the organisation.
As Admin and HR Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring the correct application of HR processes.
Amongst your duties you will provide support to the Resources Manager, manage and monitor HR functions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
The Admin and HR Officer role will be an integral part of the corporate resources team in all aspects of administration from organising training sessions to supporting with the preparation of HR data.
This role would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills with a keen eye for detail.
This position offers a great opportunity to join a driven and experienced team and would be excellent for an HR Administrator with solid HR support experience to widen their experience.
