Job Title: Administration Coordinator
My Thame based client is looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their expanding team. Reporting to the directors and working alongside different members of the team, the successful Administration Coordinator candidate will assist in several different aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in standard administration tasks such as invoicing and data input.
2. Coordinate the logistics of imported produce and manage related administration.
3. Liaise directly with clients, service suppliers, and producers.
4. Support the procurement and sales teams in various aspects of their roles.
5. Perform administration work with the finance department.
Requirements:
You must have good Microsoft Office skills, with high levels of numerical and literacy accuracy, together with excellent communication skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 7.30 - 3.30pm (can be flexible on start/finish time)
Salary:
£26,000 - £27,000 depending on experience. Based in Thame, with on-site parking.
