Sales Director : Up to A GBP 125,000 + great package : London with European travel
We are looking for a senior seller/business developer with energy, drive and the ability to build and motivate a large (sometimes indirect) group of salespeople geographically spread.
Our client is a global facilities business who have wide and varied operations, and a variety of service offers ranging across sectors.
More About the role:
The remit of the role is to oversee the whole European Sales function for a multitude of service streams. It is imperative that you come from a facilities management business development background. This background in facilities will enable you to understand complex contract structures, contract negotiations and tender processes/bid management.
This is a hands:on role and requires a leader who can motivate and inspire the team. Although the role is based in London there should be an expectation of roughly 30 of your time spent across Europe.
Ideal Head of Sales Director:
* Business Development experience in both new business and retention, within Facilities Management/Managed Services.
* Sales and negotiation skillsets along with excellent relationship building.
* Strategic planning, strong financial understanding, excellent communication skills, team management experience including oversite of bid and tender teams.
* An adaptable and analytical approach, a real self:motivator who can influence those around them.
* Proven experience of delivering and exceeding targets within a sales driven role.
