The EUS Engineer for Collaboration & Productivity tools is responsible for the configuration, support and administration of collaboration and productivity platforms such as Google Workspace and driving its adoption. The role will focus on ensuring end-users are equipped with the right tools to work efficiently, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical support, training, and user adoption initiatives. As the main administrator for Google Workspace, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding staff through their Workspace journey, ensuring they leverage the full capabilities of the platform, from consultation and design to deployment, change management, and ongoing support.

What will you be accountable for?
* Act as the main administrator of the Google Workspace stack, ensuring its effective management and ongoing optimisation while ensuring compliance and security.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot end-user issues related to collaboration tools.
* Collaborate closely with the IT Cloud Engineer to ensure integrations between Google Workspace and other platforms are functioning optimally including Microsoft Entra.
* Work in partnership with the Senior Support Analyst for ChromeOS deployments and other end-user computing needs.
* Engage with different business areas to understand their unique needs and support them in maximising their use of Google Workspace and other collaboration and productivity tools.
* Provide training, knowledge-sharing sessions and guidance to staff, encouraging a seamless transition to cloud-based tools.
What do you bring to the role?
* IT Industry relevant qualification in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
* Degree in computer science or similar subject.
* Leading Change management initiatives and driving user adoption.
* Google Cloud Certified Professional Collaboration Engineer would be advantageous.
* Google Workspace or M365 Administrator would be beneficial, and a superuser level of knowledge of productivity tools.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Able to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions.
* Demonstrable experience working within IT support, with a focus on collaboration tools is a must.
