Energy Management Solutions Division - Subcontractor Performance Manager: The Subcontractor Performance Manager is a key strategic role focused on expanding and diversifying the company’s network of subcontractors to support business growth and operational needs. This position is responsible for identifying and procuring new subcontractors who align with the company’s long-term objectives, ensuring that the subcontractor base can meet the evolving demands of the business. By strategically sourcing and developing relationships with high-quality, reliable subcontractors, the Subcontractor Performance Manager helps drive project success, innovation, and cost efficiency. This role also includes evaluating subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet company standards, and fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance overall project delivery. As the business grows, the Subcontractor Performance Manager plays a crucial role in scaling operations, improving the supply chain, and ensuring that the right subcontractor capabilities are in place to meet the company’s strategic goals and client expectations Main Responsibilities - Subcontractor Performance Manager: Subcontractor Procurement and Selection- Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified subcontractors to support project needs, ensuring they align with company standards and values. Contract Negotiation and Agreement Management - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while protecting company interests. Subcontractor Onboarding and Training- Ensure subcontractors are properly onboarded, trained on company procedures, safety standards, and project specifications, and provided with necessary resources. Performance Monitoring and Reporting- Regularly evaluate subcontractor performance based on pre-established KPIs, including quality, efficiency, safety, and adherence to deadlines, and report findings to senior management. Relationship Management and Communication- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with subcontractors, fostering a collaborative working environment and resolving issues or disputes as needed. Quality Assurance and Compliance- Ensure that subcontractors meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations, including health and safety guidelines, environmental policies, and industry standards. Issue Resolution and Risk Management- Proactively identify potential risks, delays, or quality issues with subcontractors and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions to project timelines. Cost Control - Monitor costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality. Documentation and Record-Keeping- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor agreements, performance evaluations, compliance certifications, and other critical documentation for future reference and auditing purposes. Continuous Improvement and Feedback Loop- Establish a system for ongoing feedback from subcontractors and project teams to continuously improve processes, workflows, and training programs for subcontractor engagement.
