Key Responsibilities:
1. Medication Management:
o Review and dispense medications based on prescriptions and patient requirements.
o Monitor patient medication usage to ensure safety and effectiveness.

2. Clinical Collaboration:
o Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans as needed.
o Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to patient care decisions.
3. Patient Consultation:
o Offer direct consultations to patients on medication use, including dosage, administration, and interactions.
o Educate patients on managing chronic conditions through appropriate medication use.
4. Medication Safety:
o Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in medication management.

Qualifications:
