Are you an experienced HSE professional with a strong background in risk assessment and compliance?
We are looking for a HSE Risk Assessor to support the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance of a diverse property portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to lead risk assessments, drive continual improvement, and ensure legal compliance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Fire, Health & Safety, and Environmental audits and risk assessments across all national sites.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and UKAS certification requirements.
* Identify non-conformities and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
* Provide expert guidance on fire safety, environmental risk, and occupational health and safety.
* Carry out business continuity testing and develop response plans.
* Deliver HSE training and create information resources to enhance awareness and competence.
* Work closely with clients, teams, and external partners to implement best practices and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor GDPR, Martin’s Law, and security compliance across the portfolio.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health, safety, and environmental performance.
Key Requirements
* Experience conducting Fire, Health & Safety, and Environmental audits/risk assessments.
* Strong knowledge of fire safety, environmental safety, and occupational health and safety regulations.
* Experience managing large property portfolios and working directly with clients and surveying teams.
* ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 knowledge and experience with internal auditing.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience producing detailed reports for Directors, Executive Boards, and Clients.
* Training experience, with the ability to deliver key safety messages to major stakeholders.
* Clean UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
* NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (Essential)
* NEBOSH Fire and Risk Management (Essential)
* NVQ/NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
* ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor Certification
* Legionella and Legionnaires’ Disease Awareness
* Graduate or Chartered Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH minimum)
