Working alongside a customer success manager, you'll both thrive in building long term relationships by owning the day to day communication of existing customers.
Your main objectives are simple: two extend the average customer lifecycle and increase retention.
You'll do this by being proactive, curious and a genuine desire to help solve (and prevent) problems.
When onboarding new customers, you'll (overtime) lead the meetings and support with onboarding and training of their SaaS product.
Ideally you'll have worked in a customer success, or similar, role for at least 12 months because you will need to have the ability to plan ahead and manage pipeline.
Working in a small team of two, you'll have lots of autonomy and creativity in your role.
The company is going through a fundraise, so as overachieve in your role, there will very likely be more responsibility for you to take on.
This is an on site role in Cardiff, so we can only accept and reply to people in South Wales.
