Job Title: Customer Services/Telesales Team Leader
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £35-40,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Customer Services/Telesales team to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Serve as the communication centre for customers and internal departments related to customer service.
* Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient operational methods to streamline the department.
* Communicate promotions to customers and assist in driving telesales initiatives.
* Collaborate with supply chain to manage stock by notifying stock outs.
* Train team members on systems and reporting procedures.
* Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer service issues.
* Handle inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
* Process orders accurately and timely, preparing performance reports as required by the business.
