Service Delivery Director (Energy Storage Systems) leads the newly merged Technical Services Contact Centre, Field Services Department, and Electrical Repair Lab. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer service experience for both installers and end users, ensuring they continue to choose our products by optimising service delivery and ensuring GivEnergy are industry leaders for best-in-class customer support. Key responsibilities include operational management, strategic planning & development, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within all teams, promoting high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale technical service operations, a strong understanding of the energy storage industry and our products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
