Job Purpose: You will be responsible for delivering the best in customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* We are only accepting applications from candidates that live in the Lisbon area of Portugal.
* Full-time Monday to Friday business hours but needs to be flexible for shifts.
* You must already have NISS and NIF to work in Portugal and be a native Dutch Speaker.
* First month onsite training.
* After training - Hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Support the customer and work on upsell during exchange and order process.
* Effectively manage incoming contacts from customers & partners by any channel: phone, e-mail, chat, social media.
* Provide a professional service to support customer & partners to be more self-efficient.
* Record specific details of customer & partner contacts & ensure actions taken on each and every case.
* Effective complaint handling to meet instant satisfaction.
* Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies and process.
* Work effectively with the team to deliver and exceed targets set.
Required Competencies/Skills:
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written - in English.
* Native Level Dutch.
* Recent Customer Service experience (in a contact centre environment preferably) or B2B support experience.
* Ability to handle calls, emails, social media or webchats and take notes at the same time.
Shift work can potentially be scheduled between 8 am & 8 pm Mon to Sat.
Current shift is 8 am – 5 pm Mon to Fri subject to change.
* Base salary: 850€ gross (14 months).
* Language Bonus: 770€ gross (12 months).
* Monthly Bonus: 144,17€ gross (achieve KPI objectives - 12 months).
* Meal Allowance 8,20€ per working day.
