We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Head of Year starting from January 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all students in the year group receive outstanding pastoral care. They will be an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with their team of tutors, the wider staff and also with students, their families and external partners. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner who is able to balance the demands of their pastoral leadership and teaching and learning responsibilities. The ability to teach English or Maths would be an advantage. The Head of Year position is supported in their post by an excellent team of pastoral staff and a generous allowance of non-contact time.
