The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Chief Technology Officer. The post-holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the technology strategy of the Labour Party, ensuring the Party’s digital infrastructure supports its organisational, political and electoral aims and objectives at a national, regional, and local level.
The post-holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing an information and cyber security strategy, driving innovation in campaign technology, data analytics, and voter engagement tools, as well as taking responsibility for technology strategy, planning, implementation, integration, operations, and supplier management of Labour Party systems and services.
Minimum Requirements:
* Evidence of substantial experience in technology leadership at a senior level within a medium-to-large sized organisation in a combination of digital, technology, campaign technology, and information security roles.
* Experience successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, including fundamental systems (such as CRMs, payment systems) that form part of a central organisational function.
* Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, NIST, Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Excellent understanding of campaign technology, systems, user-needs, and trends nationally and internationally.
