About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A-Level.
* Develop and implement lesson plans covering business theory, case studies, and practical applications.
* Facilitate student-led business projects and presentations.
* Assess student progress through written assignments, projects, and examinations.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the business studies curriculum.
* Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and enterprise challenges.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business Studies or a related field.
* Extensive experience teaching business studies at the secondary level, preferably in a girls' school setting.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* A passion for fostering business knowledge and entrepreneurship.
