Responsibilities:
1. Dealing directly with after-sales customers on matters related to product warranty and potential customer complaints. Handling new enquiries for spare parts and producing quotations.
2. Managing Service customers' parts repairs, including the return of small items requiring diagnosis and repairs.
3. Liaising with all Crestchic departments (Engineering, Sales, Production, and Service) regarding associated quality matters, constantly monitoring and reporting findings, and managing customer feedback, including warranty claims.
4. Maintaining KPIs within the Sage 200 system and Excel spreadsheets related to both warranty works and all other Service Department sales orders.
5. Scheduling and attending all associated meetings with suppliers and customers if required. Shipping warranty replacement parts to customers and arranging collections of damaged/faulty parts or equipment.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
