Job Description The Care Companion role includes: Visiting regular clients, in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to support with a variety of needs including, but not limited to meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, social events and trips out in the community. Communicating with families and nurses as part of the care team if required. Being creative in ways that can help enhance and bring joy to someone’s life. Participating in quarterly team meetings to support each other in our roles.
