Reporting to the General Manager of POP MART UK, the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This position will oversee all marketing activities, including ATL and BTL campaigns, digital marketing, events and collaborations. Responsibilities Events and Partnerships: Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact marketing events, including product launches, new store openings, and customer engagement campaigns Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and relevant brands in the pop culture and collectibles space Create innovative experiential marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement Oversee the measurement and reporting of event and partnership ROI Campaign Management: Design and implement BTL campaigns, including direct marketing, sales promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives Conceptualise and oversee ATL campaigns, including print and billboard advertising Ensure integration between ATL and BTL efforts for maximum impact Digital Marketing and Social Media: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance, including social media metrics, engagement rates, and ROI, adapting strategies to maximise brand reach and conversion Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with POP MART's global vision and local market needs Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including retail operations, merchandising, and business development, to ensure synergy in cohesive marketing strategies Maintain effective communication with POP MART's headquarters, ensuring alignment with global strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role Solid UK marketing experience from a brand that make an impact Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and current trends Experience in managing budgets and P&L responsibility Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data Demonstrated interest in pop culture, collectibles, or designer toys Desirable but Not Essential Experience with e-commerce platforms and SEO optimisation Candidate with agency background is an advantage Speaking and writing Chinese (Mandarin) Your Application If the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV via “Apply Now” or email to uk.hrpopmart.com.
