Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join a firm in Reading. The ideal candidate will have substantial secretarial experience within a Dispute Resolution team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce documents and correspondence as directed by lawyers
2. Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls
3. Provision of assistance to and dealing with tasks as delegated
4. File administration and data management
The successful candidate will:
1. Have an understanding of administrative support in a professional environment
2. Be a proficient typist and have knowledge of MS Word
3. Have experience of working with a practice management system or large database
4. Be a good team player, with a willingness to offer support to others
5. Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner when dealing with clients
