Job Description
As our next Front Office Team Member, you will:
1. Take care of guests from their arrival through to their departure
2. Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
3. Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
4. Carrie out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
5. Inform guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available
6. Handle phone calls
7. Apply the procedures of internal audit
8. Pass on information as necessary to other departments (floor staff, technical etc) and to other members of the front desk team
9. Ensure that all guest documentation is up-to-date and available
10. Make the update of the information
11. Handle reservations

Qualifications
19. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable
20. Fluency in English
