Onsite Account Director
Location: Oxford (Based on-site full time)
Salary: Negotiable
Due to a fantastic contract win with a prestigious brand within the logistics sector, we are looking to recruit an Onsite Account Director to join our team at Pin-Point Recruitment, a national recruitment agency supplying temporary & permanent staff across a broad range of sectors throughout the UK.
You will serve as a liaison between clients and Pin Point, managing the onsite team to ensure client expectations are met with prompt responses. You are expected to fulfill all recruitment needs and provide a consistent presence in the production areas to ensure the smooth running of operations in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management
* Manage time effectively to ensure consistency and quality of service.
* Work with the branch network to identify, pursue, and develop potential sales opportunities to win new contracts and expand existing business.
* Attend client meetings and provide regular feedback.
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships at all levels.
* Understand the key features, advantages, and benefits of our services.
* Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow.
* Be flexible with hours to meet the needs of the clients' trading patterns.
* Provide solutions to improve performance for clients.
* Provide bespoke reports upon client request.
* Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to achieve goals and produce successful results.
1. Recruitment
* Attract sufficient candidates through ongoing advertising, recruitment, and selection.
* Maximize the current candidate availability pool through effective management of databases.
* Develop a key understanding of client requirements.
* Ensure candidates are best prepared for interviews and/or new roles.
* Provide an effective, ongoing follow-up service for temporary candidates and client reviews after placements.
* Resolve queries from candidates, workers, or clients promptly.
1. General
* Maintain a professional and up-to-date social media profile for business development and recruitment.
* Support the Compliance Team with internal and external audits.
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and required regulations.
* Raise any concerns to management.
* Liaise with Head Office staff as required to fulfill duties.
* Support the branch with other tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Provide out-of-hours mobile phone cover as required.
Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience within the recruitment sector.
* A background in client management/client development.
* Ability to think creatively and on your feet.
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
* Reliable and flexible; this is not a 9-5 role.
* Confidence to approach key personnel at all levels.
* Excellent time management.
* Confidential and professional approach to work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of people.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
* Knowledge of sourcing tools and selection methods for recruiting candidates.
* Travel is essential; a current full UK valid driving licence and own transport are required.
* Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
* MS Office skills.
* Experienced user of CRM systems.
* Manning the on-call out-of-hours calls for all roles is mandatory.
