Community Engagement Manager (South)
Reports to: Head of Community Engagement
Full-time - Monday-Friday, 9-6pm (hours may vary to cover team shift patterns)
Location: South of the UK
£35,000-£40,000 basic salary
Monthly bonus scheme
Monthly car allowance

Key Responsibilities
As Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:
•Recruiting, training and developing a team of Community Liaison Officers who drive community engagement in line with company KPIs and targets
•Delivering against monthly and quarterly community engagement targets in our network areas across the south of the UK.
•Conducting group, in-person, training sessions with new starters
•Managing team performance and ensuring we are building a pipeline of registrations of interest which ultimately end up being connected customers on our network.
•Ensuring high levels of community engagement, reflected in quality registrations of interest volumes across your team and area
•Collaborating with our build team to ensure that the community engagement team are driving a pipeline of interest within the network footprint.
•Collaborating with ISP partner sales (digital marketing, field, telesales) teams to ensure leads being driven by the engagement team are converting to sales
•Working with the Northern Community Engagement Manager to ensure consistency in community messaging
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential Requirements
•A full UK driving license
•Experience of managing field-based teams against KPI’s and conversions is essential
•Experience of coaching and developing people in customer facing roles is essential
•Telecoms industry experience is preferred but not required.
