About the role
You will be working on one of the highest profile schemes in the UK delivering HS2. We are looking for Utility Site Supervisors to join the team, to deliver multiple projects within budget and timescales, whilst complying with Health, Safety and Environment. You will be completing documentation to get contracts to site and then delivering utility diversion project schemes including water, gas, electric, and communications assets. You will manage the project team and represent Kier at client meetings.
Manage the day-to-day site operations, with the ability to write RAMS/WPPs and documentation for ITPs. Be aware of the surrounding works/contractors and the co-ordination of all parties regarding the planned works. Ability to complete the required daily records for works completed on site each day and note all programme delays, attendees, and raise any changes/issues regarding the contracted works with the commercial team.
Manage and ensure ITPs are agreed and completed accordingly.
What do we need from you?
To be successful, you will hold experience within the utility industry and have previously undertaken a similar role in delivering multiple utilities, at least two of the following - water, gas, electrical and communications. You will have excellent organizational and logistics skills and a good understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations. You will need to be technically capable and will be responsible for the site teams.

2. CSCS (Gold or Black)
3. NRSWA Supervisor
4. Suitable Project Management Qualification
5. First Aid Qualified
6. Ability/confidence to run a site
7. TWC
We will need you to be experienced in completing the following tasks:
1. Understanding of utility projects
2. Management of Health and Safety on site
3. Ability to manage staff, sub-contractors, and suppliers
4. Driving Licence
5. Delivery of works on site in a safe productive manner
6. Awareness of project costs
7. Management of appointed specialist subcontractors to ensure work is carried out to specification and programme
