Job Purpose
We have an opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join our Commitments team processing all regulatory and discretionary compensation for the UU business. This role will involve being able to provide an outstanding level of customer service to ensure service issues for all our internal and external customers are owned from start to finish. You need to deliver the highest level of customer experience through a proactive, responsive service.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* To be multi skilled across the broad use of UU systems to allow thorough investigations to resolve queries.
* Provide outstanding customer service to all customer enquiries.
* Customer Service demonstrated through call qualities and Rant and Rave.
* Accurate recording of work.
* To process compensation claims on behalf of the water, waste water and billing business within regulatory SLA.
* Administration activities involving ICC.
Technical Skills & Experience
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Working experience of Microsoft office applications.
* Able to manage own workload and work on your own initiative to strict deadlines.
* Ability to work as a team to deliver high performance.
