Contract length: 12 month FTC with a high likelihood to go full time after the 12 months

About the role
As the Office & Community Manager, you will be at the heart of the community, supporting start-ups daily and enhancing their experience. You’ll manage community engagement, facilitate events, and oversee the operational aspects of the office environment, ensuring smooth processes and high standards.
What you’ll be doing
Programme coordination & community engagement:
* Supporting and engaging with community members to meet their needs.
* Organising workshops, masterclasses, and keynote events.
* Collaborating with experts and mentors to deliver programme excellence.
Internal communication:
* Driving engagement with creative initiatives and updates.
* Sharing community news via internal channels.
* Coordinating internal pitch sessions and events.
Office management:
* Maintaining the office environment, including facilities and equipment.
* Managing supplier relationships, invoicing, and reception duties.
* Coordinating onboarding and access for team members and start-ups.
* Acting as an administrative liaison with partners and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in start-ups or related ecosystems being an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
* Exceptional communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Suite, Trello, Slack, and Notion.
