We are currently seeking a qualified individual who is looking to gain industry knowledge and experience for the Entry-Level Key Accounts Manager position, joining our team in Nottingham, PA!
* SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40+ hours a week in a hybrid format.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for prospecting, obtaining, and closing sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals; achieving revenue growth in existing accounts by utilizing a creative and consultative selling approach; developing and implementing sound selling strategies specific to each targeted new and existing account in the designated geographical territory; and utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business. This individual is responsible for establishing new relationships and building existing relationships with buyers and brokers in these accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Effective interaction and relationship building with existing and potential customers and Herr's employees.
* Effective creation and dynamic delivery of sales presentations to accounts.
* Increase Key Account business per established goals.
* Directing Herr's profit improvement for all customers.
* Effectively create/maintain/analyze customer sales reports.
* Attending various sponsored events with existing and potential customers to foster customer relations.
* Support DSD operation teams in continuous sales development.
* Interact and build relationships within the assigned region.
* Prepare selling opportunity presentations and optimize franchise-specific sales reports.
* Provide creative problem-solving in response to challenges.
