About Anthogyr
Anthogyr, a global leader in implantology and dental solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to drive sales growth in the North of England. If you're a motivated sales professional with a hunger for success, a passion for the dental industry, and the ability to build strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the territory.
2. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with current & prospective customers. Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, Ambassadors, and the Anthogyr Community.
3. Social Media Management: Effectively utilise social media for sales, networking, and brand awareness while managing responsibilities remotely.
4. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
5. Collaboration: Work closely across our other business units to cross-sell aligners and digital equipment.
6. Product Expertise: Provide knowledge and product demonstrations to educate clients on Anthogyr's implant solutions & digital equipment.
7. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Utilise CRM and IANOS software to enable identification & progress of customer interactions.
8. Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows and community events within the UK & Europe.
Candidate Profile
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical devices, or healthcare-related industries.
2. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
3. Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
4. Social Media Management: Ability to leverage social media platforms for sales, networking, and brand awareness.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed targets.
7. Competent to provide virtual online meetings & training.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
9. Ability to travel within the territory as required.
Requirements Needed
1. Valid UK drivers' licence.
2. Previous experience or related experience in a sales excellence role within the dental industry.
