The Role
As a Credit Insurance Account Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Credit Insurance Account Executives and clients. You’ll work across a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing account handling support across Account Executive portfolios and new business
* Maintaining and updating client and policy records
* Distributing renewal correspondence within set timeframes
* Issuing policy reminders to clients in conjunction with Account Handlers and Executives
* Handling insurer online portals proficiently and providing assistance where required
* Managing ad-hoc administrative tasks and project work to ensure smooth business operations
* Working towards full Account Handler status within an agreed timeframe
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and eager to develop their career in Credit Insurance. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a Credit Insurance or related role
* Technical knowledge of insurance products and policies
* A solid understanding of FCA regulations (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* A commitment to professional development and learning
