Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service, specialising in high-quality support for elderly clients living in their own homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of care services that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for older adults.
This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring that all care services meet the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), as well as internal policies, safeguarding requirements, and best practices in elderly care.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management
* Provide strong leadership to the care team, ensuring a supportive, collaborative working environment.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise care staff, maintaining a culture of continuous development and high performance.
* Manage rota planning to ensure consistent and appropriate care coverage.
Care Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all care services are delivered in line with CQC regulations and maintain or exceed “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings.
* Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and spot checks to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
* Keep accurate records, care plans, and documentation in line with data protection and compliance standards.
