Quality Assurance – Developing and implementing quality control systems, ensuring product consistency and excellence. Regulatory Compliance – Staying up to date with industry laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide adherence. Process & Policy Development – Creating and updating policies, maintaining industry best practices. Auditing & Risk Management – Conducting internal audits, assess risk areas, and recommending improvements. Training & Development – Delivering training sessions, ensuring employees understand and follow compliance standards. Reporting & Documentation – Maintaining accurate records and communicating findings to management. Internal Investigations – Supporting investigations into compliance issues and recommending corrective actions. Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders. We’re looking for a Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist with: Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field (desirable) High grade in Maths GCSE (or equivalent). Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance roles. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and people management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Email). A valid UK driving licence (occasional travel required). Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable).
