What’s in it for you? • Hourly pay rate: £15.91 • £25 per call out • Paid weekly • Guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime • Employee benefits include a competitive pension and access to lifestyle and wellbeing resources • A safe dynamic working environment • Training and development opportunities from day one Purpose of the role We are looking for a strong team player with a high regard for health, safety and poultry welfare to maintain on a daily basis, the hatcheries machinery and associated plant and ancillary equipment allied with the establishment process, such as setting and hatching machines & ventilation, and to carry out ongoing improvement projects. This is a hands-on role and involves a number of manual processes including lifting equipment in the region of 25kgs. You will also be required to work independently in farm buildings.
