The Office Administrator will provide support to the PULSE team by way of data processing, providing feedback to clients and assisting with small works quotations. The role will also provide support to the team including paper and electronic filing, assisting with analysing reports and other documentation and assisting with the planning and organisation of the engineers’ daily tasks.
The Office Administrator will be part of a small team who act in a professional manner as first point of contact to clients to deal with incoming calls, correspondence, and visitors to the office
