The successful candidate will be an active member of the Crewe Alexandra recruitment department. The Academy scout will be expected to attend grassroots fixtures predominantly within the U7-U14 age groups across the North West area liaising with their regional co-ordinator. As part of this role, the successful candidate will be expected to complete comprehensive reports and be part of internal discussions regarding the recruitment of players to Crewe Alexandra Football Club.

Job Responsibilities
1. To specialise in the recruitment of players within a designated geographical area.
2. Ensure that the Club is represented at grassroots fixtures as specified by their regional co-ordinator.
3. Create and develop links with local grassroots clubs and schoolboy teams.
4. Work within KPI’s set out by Crewe Alexandra Football Club for the submission of match reports.
5. Attend the Crewe Alexandra Academy at least once per month to spectate training/fixtures.
6. Implement and adhere to all Club policies and practices relating to the recruitment of players.
7. Represent Crewe Alexandra in a professional manner at all times.
