Primary School Cover Supervisor Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Salary: £105 - £120 Per day As a Primary School Cover Supervisor, you’ll be stepping in when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive environment where children can thrive. What You’ll Do: Supervise and support classes in the teacher’s absence, maintaining order and focus. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans with confidence and enthusiasm. Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students. Offer guidance and assistance to students with their learning and development. Report on student behaviour and progress to relevant teaching staff. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for education and can confidently lead a classroom. Essential Requirements: Experience working with children in an educational setting. Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field. Prior experience in a primary school environment.
