Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen to join the Cwm Taf Social Care Workforce Development Service based in Ty Elai, Williamstown. The post is a grade 6 Administrative Assistant which will be a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week. You will be expected to be competent with word-based IT programs, excellent interpersonal/team working skills, and organisational/administrative skills.
You will assist with the producing of accurate and timely information and the upkeep of relevant databases in relation to the QCF Assessment Centre, develop and implement systems to capture, collate, and report on VQ qualifications across the Social Care Workforce Development Sector.
You will be responsible for minuting of relevant VQ meetings and work closely with the awarding body and WJEC ensuring contractual procedures are followed.
You will be expected to maintain continuous professional development (CPD) to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training, development activities, and supervision.
