About us
Aspire provides ‘outstanding’ alternative educational provision and support for secondary age students. Students attend full or part-time and are referred to us by schools and the Local Authority. Our focus is to support young people, together with their families and schools, to reach beyond their potential and enable them to flourish by developing positive behaviours, attitudes and aspirations.
This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of the development of a unique and brand new Key Stage 2 provision at our beautiful woodland site Shortenills - 'Finding My Voice'.
- Rooted in the principles of nurture and forest school, a 1-day per week alternative provision to run alongside a mainstream offer.
- Designed to change lives, this is a unique approach that will support young people to change their narrative and the narrative that others have of them.
- The intervention will take place outdoors or in our yurt. It will run daily with a different group of children each day.
Part time working and flexible opportunities are available.
